Under the supervision of the VP, Corporate Affairs Development, the Assistant Coordinator, Legal Affairs and Corporate Development is responsible for supporting the Legal and Corporate Affairs Department within the group, as well as the managers and departments related to the sector when required.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Follow up and update the client database;
  • Maintain corporate and key personnel resumes;
  • Coordinate the management of web content and social networks;
  • Work with the bidding department to ensure the quality and presentation of client bids;
  • Facilitate business development coordination committees;
  • Produce dashboards;
  • Organize or participate in representation events;
  • Plan promotional materials;
  • Participate in the preparation and review of agreements, resolutions and documents of a corporate and legal nature, designed to meet the needs of the group’s businesses;
  • Notifications, services and filings at the digital registry;
  • Land registry entries;
  • Provide liaison and communication in several files with external stakeholders (bailiffs, stenographers, clerks, etc.).

 

 

 

YOU HAVE :

  • College diploma in Legal Techniques, Communication (DEC) or any other equivalent training/experience ;
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Experience in the construction industry would be an asset;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken French and English;
  • Good knowledge of commonly used software and technological environments;
  • Knowledge of WEB tools, WordPress, social networks, graphic design tools.
