Do you like challenges ? Do you want to be part of a young and dynamic team? Ondel Inc. is currently seeking a Managing Director to assist the President. As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the company ensuring sustainable growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with the group's various departments to achieve the company's objectives. Our head office is located in Quebec and you will be required to travel on a weekly basis to our Laval office and to our construction sites. Join our experienced team now!

What will your work day look like?
- Define and implement the company's vision, mission and strategic objectives;
- Lead and support the estimation, industrial and Greater Montreal departments;
- Make informed decisions to ensure long-term growth and competitiveness in the market;
- Develop and manage the company's budget, ensuring profitability and financial sustainability;
- Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to improve economic performance;
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships;
- Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment;
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations in force in the electrical sector;
- Implement crisis management and business continuity measures.
Carry out all other related tasks linked to the smooth running of the company's activities.

- BAC in electrical engineering or related field or equivalent experience;
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a management role in the field of industrial or institutional electricity;
- An excellent understanding of the electricity sector and market trends;
- In-depth knowledge of electrical industry regulations and standards;
- Mastery of the Office suite, mainly Outlook and Excel;
- Knowledge of MS Project (an asset);
- Good command of written and spoken French;
- Good command of written and spoken English (an asset).
