We are looking for a dynamic and visionary leader to join our management team. Reporting directly to the President, the successful candidate will play a strategic role in the overall management of operations, contributing to the expansion and continued success of Descimco.
Job Description:
As Industrial Project Director, you will be responsible for supervising, planning and directing all operational activities in the company's industrial sector. Your main objective will be to ensure optimal efficiency in all areas, aligning objectives with the overall company vision.

Main responsibilities
Develop and execute the operational strategy:
- Work closely with the President and other members of the management team to develop an operational strategy consistent with the overall company objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth, efficiency and innovation in operational processes.
Oversee daily operations:
- Ensure effective management of resources to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Team management:
- Supervise, motivate and develop operational teams to promote a culture of performance and excellence.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to optimize effectiveness and efficiency.

Process optimization:
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Performance monitoring and evaluation:
- Establish monitoring systems to evaluate operational performance and take corrective action when necessary.
- Present regular reports to management on operational results.

Required profile:
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Significant experience in the field of construction, operational management and team leadership.
- Proven skills in strategic planning and resource management.
- Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
- Results-oriented, with an approach focused on continuous improvement.
