Montreal Transit Corporation

The Montreal Transit Corporation asked ONDEL to install new charging infrastructure for their Stinson Transit Center. This project, which required the use of brand-new technology, included the wiring and connection of inverted pantographs for recharging the batteries of the STM’s electric buses.

CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal

ONDEL responded to Notre-Dame Hospital’s request to change the equipment in the electrical rooms by converting the electrical voltage from 12.5 kV to 25 kV. This project also required modifying the existing equipment to adapt it to 25 kV and the entire project was carried out in a narrow passage for 25 kV transformers.

City of Montreal- Potable water plant

ONDEL was called upon by the City of Montréal to perform major electrical work for one of their projects. They were asked to prioritize the refurbishment of the Dorval drinking water plant in two phases, which included a new 25 kV electrical installation and generator sets and their distribution on a nominal 600 V load. VALERO

VALERO’s Jean-Gaulin Refinery requires annual construction work, which DESCIMCO was pleased to respond to by meeting all deadlines. It should be noted that this project included planned shutdowns. ONDEL has been thrilled to work on different annual construction jobs for VALERO since 1989.  

SOCIÉTÉ FERROVIAIRE ET PORTUAIRE DE LA POINTE-NOIRE

SHETUSH-ONDEL requested electrical work on its new 161 kV substation for Société Ferroviaire et Portuaire de la Pointe-Noire. Despite winter, TALVI responded to this request for work in a remote area, taking into account the significant difficulty of supplying electrical components due to the pandemic.
